My passion has always been in construction and I have developed a strong set of work ethics and traits to go with that passion. I have over 15 years of experience in construction on single and multi family homes. As partner in CMC Homes Inc, Highland, NY and working for Masonry and electrical contractors I have participated in and managed all phases of construction. Additionally I have 30 years technical experience with IBM with 20 years managing engineering departments responsible for major projects. I have also served two years on the Board of Directors for the Dutchess County Chapter of the American Cancer Society.

Since I was a young boy, my father taught me to always work hard and honestly because he believes a strong work ethic and integrity are the cornerstones to success. Since I was a child, I was constantly curious about how everything worked, which eventually led me to pursue a career in mechanical engineering. Since graduating from college I have worked as a reliability engineer and as a mechanical designer. As a reliability engineer I learned about the benefits of predictive and preventative maintenance, which can be applied to all of the systems in a house. I am currently working on obtaining a New York state professional engineering license, and a NYS home inspector license.
